Properties on Montebello
We have three designs within the 177 houses-detached , semi detached and quads.
All are double storey with a combined upper /lower floor space of some 108m2 in the larger properties
where the plots are up to 350 m2.
-main windows have retractable shutters and metal grills
-one bathroom and one bedroom downstairs and one bathroom and two bedrooms upstairs
-at least one solarium .Some houses have an extra ,higher solarium
-dining room,seperate lounge with some kitchens having an outer utility area
-inbuilt cupboards throughout
-some houses have converted turrets providing for an extra bedroom,/a study/storage space
-many patios are enclosed with sliding glass doors
-.some houses have underbuilds
-a few have private swimming`pools
-aircon and ceiling fans are normal of course
-the gardens are mature-some with irrigation -and many allow for off road parking
Service costs per house
-SUMA(the equivalent of council tax) is an annual E 320 for the larger properties.
-URB fees are E 260 annually per house (E 130 payable every 6 months)
